KEI Usage Terms & Licensing
Welcome to KEI. All digital products, artwork, downloadable files, graphics, and design assets available through KEI are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
By purchasing or downloading any KEI product, you agree to the following usage terms.
Personal Use License: All standard purchases include a personal-use license unless otherwise stated.
You MAY: Use purchased designs for personal projects, print designs for personal use. Use designs on personal devices or spaces. Share screenshots or previews on social media with credit to KEI.
You MAY NOT: Resell KEI files or designs, Redistribute digital files, Upload products to other marketplaces, Claim KEI artwork as your own, Modify and resell designs, Share purchased files publicly, Use KEI products for NFT creation or AI training datasets.
Commercial Use: Commercial usage is NOT permitted unless a separate commercial license is explicitly provided with the product or approved directly by KEI. If you require commercial usage rights, please

Digital Product Policy: All products sold through KEI are digital or print-on-demand based unless otherwise specified.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final.
Refunds are not guaranteed once files are downloaded.
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

Copyright & Protection All KEI artwork, branding, previews, product images, logos, and downloadable assets remain the intellectual property of KEI. Watermarked previews are displayed to protect original artwork from unauthorised redistribution.
Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or redistribution may result in: DMCA takedown requests, License termination, Legal action where applicable.
Print-on-Demand Usage: Customers may print purchased designs for approved personal use only. Purchasing a digital product does NOT transfer ownership of the artwork itself.
Account & AccessKEI reserves the right to: update products, modify pricing, revoke access for violations, and update licensing terms without prior notice.
