Thank you for shopping with KEI.

Because KEI primarily sells digital products and downloadable design assets, all purchases are subject to the following refund and return conditions.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once files have been downloaded or accessed.

This includes:

  • Digital artwork
  • Printable designs
  • Wallpapers
  • SVG/PNG packs
  • Downloadable files
  • Design assets
  • Digital bundles

We do not accept returns for digital products once delivery has been completed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • the product file is corrupted
  • the download cannot be accessed
  • the wrong product was delivered
  • duplicate purchases were made accidentally

Print-on-Demand Products

If KEI offers print-on-demand physical products in the future, refunds or replacements may be considered only for:

  • damaged items
  • manufacturing defects
  • incorrect products received

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and may require photo evidence.

Unauthorized Use

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • changed opinions after purchase
  • accidental purchases without valid reason
  • failure to read product descriptions
  • attempts to gain free access to digital products
  • misuse of licensing terms

Chargebacks & Fraud

KEI reserves the right to suspend access to downloads, accounts, or future purchases in cases involving:

  • fraudulent claims
  • unauthorized redistribution
  • abusive refund behavior
  • chargeback abuse
